Found this on Photobucket.....

1964

Arrow Travel Trailer

(no loft, but has dinette)

Lovin' the Wings by the door....very fitting for "moi"!

Just may have to find a decal for the wings for our

"Penelope"!

Floor plan is very similar to ours!

Had to post this pic, not a great pic of the Arrow but.....

the VW in the background.......I drive a VW like this only in black!

Oh, the similarities!

Have a Wonderful Glamping week everyone!

and remember,

AND... most importantly......

Penelope

I was just doing a random search for the name

of our vintage 1965 Arrow Travel Trailer...

this is what I found....

it's a movie named Penelope...

I just couldn't pass up the photo...

check it out!

Stunning!

Dictionary.com had the origin of the name

very fitting for me......

Penelope

fem. proper name, name of the faithful wife in the "Odyssey,"from Gk. Penelopeia, probably    related to pene "thread on thebobbin." Used as the type of the virtuous wife (1581) as it was inLatin.

Well, if I want to continue to be a "virtuous wife"

I had better go and get some of my wife-ly work

done!

First day back to work after 5 off ..........

Oh, what a wonderful day it was......

Well, not really......

I thank the Lord daily for my job and the people that I work with,

they are all truly GEMS!

They make bad days a little easier to deal with!

Thought I would share this with you today,

ordered and just waiting for delivery of Penelope's new signage!

If you'd like a name sign of your own....

Unsure where I will put it........either inside

or maybe outside on a post welcoming visitors!

I will post a picture once I decide!

Oh, and I discovered that the Pier 1 Flying Pig

Penelope

Is actually for sale!

Maybe I'll buy one!

Well, hope everyone's Thursday is much better than my Wednesday!

Remember........
